MINIFELP
FONTANET
has been manufacturing raising machines since 1919. Our
extensive international experience and close collaboration with the textile
finishing customers have led us to developing the MINIFELP Raising-Napping
machine, unique in the market of its features.
This very simple machine has been designed for the raising of knitted fabric,
both tubular and open; ideal for fleece, interlock and pullovers from circular
or rectilinear machines. It can also work with woven fabrics and even with
Velcro type ribbon (astrakhan), etc.
The drum speed (about 200 r.p.m.) allows a high production throughput to be
attained at an optimum quality level.
The
MINIFELP Raising-Napping machine is manufactured in two versions, all depending
on the article to be processed:
- All Couterpile.
- Pile/Counterpile.
Both versions are interchangeable using the appropriate accessories.
Owing to its low price, the MINIFELP Raising-Napping machine is the suitable
machine for small and medium-sized companies, capable of fulfilling the production
of several circular knitting machines. Also ideal for specialisation on determined
articles at large companies too.
Increasing production becomes possible by setting up 2 or more machines in
tandem, working in series or separately.
NOTE: FONTANET?s technical staff will detail the Card clothing and the MINIFELP
version most suited to your needs from the samples given of your products,
and it remains at your disposal to give demonstrations in our workshops

The
MINIFELP Raising-Napping machine is supplied with:
- Card clothing for the raising cylinders.
- Flock removal equipment by extractor fan and collector.
- Fabric guide with swing pleater.
- Ring expanders for tubular knitted fabric.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
- Streching cylinders for napping open knitted fabric.
- Crossed bars for turning over the fabric.
- J-Box scray for feeding in without handling.
- Accessories needed for exchanging the Pile/Counterpile and All Counterpile
versions.
- Automatic synchronising device for 2 or more machines working in tandem.
