MULTIBANC
This
machine is designed for long or short productions and may be supplied from
1 to 4 cylinders shearing on one or simultaneously on both sides of the fabric.
Can work all kind of fabrics depending on the accessories.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Individual frames for each shearing group. Allows the conection one on the
other to form units from 1 to 4 cylinders at will.
- Width up to 1 to 4 meters.
- The shearing cylinders are provided with a permanent axial reciprocating
movement extremely useful when sharpening the blades.
- Permanent cooling of the blades according to a patented system with total
aspiration and discharge at both ends of the machine which at the same time
wholly removes the shearings, ensures a long life for the blades, without
overheating or deformation, and maintains a perfect shear.
- Automatic seams detector.
- Variable speed of the fabric from 0 to 90 meters per minute, according to
the fabric to be treated and the number of shearing cylinders.
- Adaptation of entrance and exit of the machine according customer needs
and fabric to work.
